In food lab we learn about healthy and balanced diet. Eating a healthy diet is all about feeling great, having more energy, improvig your health, and boosting your mood. Good nutrition, physical activity, and healthy body weight are essential parts of a person’s overall health and well-being.

Textile design is an art of creating designs for knitted, woven, and non-woven fabrics. It also involves embellishments in fabrics. This process consists of making patterns for cloth with house hold applications. Fabric are made by weaving and knitting, and are decorated through printing.

We don’t always think about it , but there is art all around us. These different styles were all designed by somebody. That some body is a textile designer, a person responsible for the aesthetic characteristics for fabric or cloths

Home management is a subject in which we learn about how to manage all the natural and artificial resources of life, theory and concepts of family resource management, environmental aspects and human ecology, consumer economics and ergonomics. Its also known as managing household equipments and energy management it deals with family finance and organizational behavior.

We also learn about housing and interior designing like space designing and landscaping. Interior deigns the art and seine of enhancing the interior of a building to achieve a healthier and more esthetically pleasing environment for the people using the space. N interior designer is someone who plans, researches, coordinates, and manage uh enhancement projects. Interior designs is a multifaceted professional include conceptual development, space planning, site inspections, programming, research, communicating with the stakeholders of a project, construction management, and execution of the design.

Designing a space means shaping the experience that will also affect their life and, of course, their mood. Interior designing is a project that defines how it will appeal to the senses. It should fit the needs, cultures and lifestyle of those that inhabit it .

The way we inhabit a space has a huge effect on our creativity, happiness, and of course, our wellbeing, so it’s important to calling professional help so that the design is thought-out and tends to all the details- the acoustics the surrounding, the positioning, and use of color all have to be taken into account for the space to work and feel complete.
