An International Seminar on Waste Water Management in India

Today, an international seminar was organized in the auditorium of Shri Ram Group of Colleges on the topic “Pilot Project of Waste Water Management TSS Technology in India”. The main objective of which was to hand over the waste water plant running in Shriram Group of Colleges to the Muzaffarnagar Municipal Board. The seminar was inaugurated by Dr. S.C. Kulshreshtha, Founder Chairman of Shriram Group of Colleges and Hiroo Yuki Mihara, Yasuhiro Malsumoto, Hiroshi Yama Nouchi, Kenichi Tamura, Koichi Ogyu, Director, JETRO, Taku Hiroki Tara, New Delhi, Suman Maity and Stuart Connerly from Japan. , Minister of State (Independent Charge) U.P. Government, Kapil Dev Agarwal, District Magistrate Muzaffarnagar, Arvind Mallapa Bangari, Chairperson Municipal Council, Muzaffarnagar Meenakshi Swaroop, Trustee, Muzaffarnagar Medical College, Gaurav Swaroop jointly lit the lamp.

On this occasion, Hiro Yuki Mihara, Managing Director, Taisai Kogyu Co. Ltd. explained how he started the company. He explained in detail about his first project in India which is established in Varanasi and how this project has proved valuable in converting waste water into pure water. He said that after the success of such project in Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, it is proposed to be implemented at different places of the country. He also informed that it will be upgraded in future as per the requirement of India.

On this occasion, Stuart Connerly, Management E Square explained the company and the project in detail through diagrams. He also explained in detail about the success of the Varanasi project. The company wants to expand its business through the success of these projects and provide employment to the women of India and make them self-reliant. On this occasion, Akira Morito, Senior Consultant, Japan Environmental Sanitation Center, through a virtual presentation Explained how waste water is converted into pure water.

On this occasion, Minister of State (Independent Charge) UP Government said that other colleges of Muzaffarnagar should also adopt this technology on the lines of Shri Ram College. Speaking further in this regard, he said that to eliminate environmental problems, we have to move ahead with positive thinking.
On this occasion Arvind Mallappa Bangari, District Magistrate Muzaffarnagar appreciated this project and said that water pollution is dangerous and this technology is helpful in controlling water pollution. He told that the water of two big rivers of Muzaffarnagar, Hindon river and Kali river, has been polluted to a large extent. Through this technique of Japan, the water of both the rivers can be purified.

On this occasion Meenakshi Swaroop, President Municipal Corporation, Muzaffarnagar informed that her department has inspected the public toilets of Muzaffarnagar. Soon the work of purifying the waste water of public toilets will be started by this technology of Japan. On this occasion Dr. SC Kulshrestha, Founder Chairman of Shriram Group of Colleges welcomed all the delegations from Japan and Hiroo Yuki Mihara, Manager Praising Director Taisai Kogyu, he said that the way he works from the ground level as a director of such a big company is inspiring. He said that up to 98 percent water can be purified through this technique, which can also be used for irrigation.

On this occasion, at the end of the program, Dr. SC Kulshrestha, Chairman of Shri Ram Group of Colleges and the delegations from Japan jointly handed over this technique to Municipal Chairperson Meenakshi Swaroop. After this, Municipality President Meenakshi Swaroop handed over this technique to Dr. SC Kulshrestha, Chairman of Shriram Group of Colleges for supervision.
