A career guidance and counseling program was organized on Saturday by the Department of Home Science in the auditorium of Shri Ram College for the bright future and guidance of the children. Girl students of class 12th were included in this program, in which the students were given information regarding making their career in different fields in the future. The program was inaugurated by Dr. Prerna Mittal, Principal of Shri Ram College, Dr. Prerna Mittal, Dean of Home Science Department. Mrs. Shweta Rathi and Principal of Government Girls Inter College Deoband Mrs. Meena Verma and Vice Principal Dr. Sushma jointly lit the lamp.

During the program, Chief Counselor Sharad Kaushik guided the children to move forward. He said that through counselling, students can choose the field on the basis of their merit and choice. Students are in doubt about their career. Because of this, the direction of his career could not be found. Along with this, he gave information related to career choice to the girl students. Along with this, he also informed about the various courses being conducted in Shri Ram College and also took the girl students from Government Inter College for Girls on a tour of various departments of Shri Ram College.

On this occasion, Dr. Prerna Mittal, Principal of Shri Ram College encouraged the girl students and said that you people have to create passion in yourself to make your dreams come true. This is the most important time of your life and it is in your hands to take care of it, just like a plant needs fertilizer, light, good air, similarly girl students also need a good environment, good teachers, better resources, similarly their goals Hard work is necessary to complete it.

On this occasion, Dean of the Department of Home Science, Dr. Shweta Rathi said that no one is weak in studies, but everyone has some or the other specialty, proving that specialty is our real test. Students always put their target first. He said that it is very important for the parents to work hard for the better career of the children. At the end of the program, Principal of Shri Ram College, Dr. Prerna Mittal expressed gratitude to all the guests present in the program and wished the girl students for their bright future.
