A guest lecture was organized in the Management Department (MBA) of Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, in which Manoj Kumar Sharma of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Shantikunj addressed the students on the subject of relationship between Psychological Capital and Spiritual Intelligence and Academic Achievement. The students understood the importance of Psychological Capital and Human Development in today's time, and understood the importance of Spiritual Intelligence in personal development and gained knowledge. The students also gained information about academic development along with spiritual development from the guest lecture.

On this occasion, Dr. Saurabh Mittal, Dean of Management Department of Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, appreciated and congratulated all the teachers and students of the Management Department for the successful organization of the program. On this occasion, he told all the students about the key to success through many examples that in today's modern era, along with bookish education, practical knowledge is also necessary.

On this occasion, Dr. Saurabh Mittal, Dean, Management Department, Shriram Group of Colleges, said that such programs will create awareness about their future in the minds of the college students.
