A workshop was organized in the Department of Business and Management of Shri Ram College, titled "Role of Job Portals in Talent Acquisition and Management". The keynote speaker and trainer of the workshop was Nikki Sharma, who works as HR in Appscared Software Private Limited. She explained that data analytics in talent acquisition refers to the process of collecting, analyzing and interpreting data related to recruitment and hiring processes. Human resource professionals use data from various sources such as applicant system job portals, social media and employee surveys to obtain information about the talent market and make data-based decisions. During the workshop, it was explained how to use online job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri.com and Work India and how these applications are proving to be helpful for students in getting employment and any student can get a good job based on his talent. During the workshop, it was also explained how to use all these applications.

On this occasion, Shri Ram College Principal Dr. Prerna Mittal, who was present during the workshop, said that such workshops are very useful for updating the students.

During the program, the Dean of Management of the institute Dr. Saurabh Mittal, who was present, encouraged the students and wished them a bright future and said that organizing such workshops is very useful for the students.
