Pan India Company SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. in Shriram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar invited students from all the faculties of various courses of Shriram Group of Colleges like MBA, BBA, B.Com, B.J.M.C., B.Tech., B.Sc., Pharmacy etc. Company representative Ankita Singh, Associate Vice President (HR), Manoj Kumar Mishra Deputy Regional Manager, Nitin Aggarwal Zonal Area Manager, Neha Sharma Assistant Manager HR conducted the entire placement drive through a prescribed process. Director of the institute, Dr. Manoj Aggarwal and Chief Training and Placement Coordinator, Ashish Chauhan welcomed the company representatives by presenting them a bouquet.
Company representative Ankita Singh gave information about the company to all the students through power point presentation that SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. is one of the leading private life insurance companies of India. The company itself is a partnership between two powerful and successful institutions namely State Bank of India and French financial institution – BNP Paribas Cardiff. SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. offers products across individual and group categories which include savings and protection plans addressing the insurance needs of different customer segments. India's most diversified non-banking financial institutions and one of the world's leading asset managers and insurers. In just about two decades, the company has established itself at a respectable position. The company had come to Shriram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar to appoint sales managers and students in sales related fields.
The placement process was conducted in one phase. In which sales round interview was organized. 76 students of Shri Ram Group of Colleges participated in this selection process out of which 21 students were finally selected. The selected students were provided offer letter of salary up to 3.5 LPA by the company. On this occasion, Chairman of Shriram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, Dr. S.C. Kulshrestha congratulated all the selected students and congratulated them. On this occasion, Shriram Group of Colleges , Muzaffarnagar Secretary Sankalp Kulshrestha also said that students should be self-centered, disciplined and focus on education by making good use of their time so that they can become self-reliant in the future. Therefore, students should take advantage of the opportunities by participating in every activity organized by the college and should keep participating in the placement drives organized by the institute from time to time.
On this occasion, Dr. Manoj Aggarwal, Director of Shriram Group of Colleges, said that due to the continuous and commendable efforts of the placement cell, many students of the institute have been selected in many reputed national and multinational companies. He said that the placement cell of the institute is carrying out its work with great dedication, tireless efforts and hard work, which is an example of the fact that the students of all the faculties are talented in all respects and they will certainly achieve success in their institute in future. Will bring glory to the name of the district and the nation on the international stage.
