Personal Development Program was started for all the students studying in Shriram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar. The program was inaugurated by Dr. S.C. Kulshrestha, the founder chairman of Shri Ram Group of Colleges and the chief guest.

This course will help in the all round development of the students. Five dimensions have been included in this such as - English language knowledge, personality development, information technology skills, aptitude and psychological behavioral science. Through this, students will move towards development of their talent and quality, development of human capital and employability, increasing mutual knowledge and fulfilling dreams and aspirations.

Five experts of the said Personal Development Program, Dr. Kanupriya, Dr. Payal Mittal, Dr. Veni Bhardwaj, Dr. Shubhi Verma, Dr. Nishu Bhardwaj, while giving detailed information to the students about their modules, said that with this type of course, students can develop their skills without hesitation and efficiently. Can present the matter in front of others and can make a career in industrial and various fields in future and can increase self-confidence and strengthen oral communication etc. He told that all those important subjects have been included in this program which will prove beneficial in the future of the students.

The chairman of the institute, Dr. SC Kulshrestha encouraged the coordinator, co-coordinator and all other members of the training and placement cell. He told that such efforts towards making the future of the students bright are highly commendable.

On this occasion, Dr. Ashok Kumar, Director, Shri Ram College, Muzaffarnagar, praised the participation of all the students and said that through such programs engineering students get an opportunity to develop their talent and personality and their self-confidence also increases. Mr. Ashish Chauhan, Chief Coordinator of the Institute's Training and Placement Cell, shared his views with the students, while praising the enthusiasm of the students participating in the program, said that this program will prepare the students for industrial opportunities to be started in the near future.
