On this occasion, speaking as the keynote speaker of the program, Vikas Bhargava, Head of Department Publicity Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Laxmi Nagar Uttar Pradesh, while addressing the students, said that the entire credit for giving a new dimension to awareness and expression of ideas in the society goes to social media. Speaking in the same sequence, he said that social media provides a wide platform for the expression of inner energy and ideas, its presence on the social platform. He said that while social media has positive aspects, it also has negative aspects. Many times the content uploaded on social media creates unpleasant situations. Therefore, we need to be cautious while using social media. He said that today the voice of social media is the voice of the common man through which the policy of national development can be strengthened, but wrong and excessive use of social media can also ruin the idea of ​​nation building. Therefore, there is a need to make the youth aware about the proper use of this powerful medium of mass communication. Throwing light on social media, he made the students and teachers present in the auditorium aware of the challenges and possibilities in the field of social media in detail. He inspired the students to have a positive attitude to achieve greater heights in their lives. He also explained how social networks can be used judiciously and productively. Speaking on this occasion, Dr. Prerna Mittal, Principal of Shri Ram College, said that in the present times, the youth in the society are getting more confused due to less information about social media and are wasting their valuable time due to its misuse, which is not only fatal for their present but also for the future. She also advised the students to adopt moral values ​​on social media.

On this occasion, Dr. Ravi Gautam, Head of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, thanked all the guests and said that in today's era, the young generation has become dependent on smart phones. Be it computer or mobile, there is a need to be cautious about cyber security on all. In the present era, maximum crimes are being committed through social apps and websites. They need to be used very carefully.
