The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Shri Ram College of Engineering, a unit of Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, organized a one-day national conference on the topic of "Innovation and Emerging Trends in Electronics and Wireless Communication Engineering" in which important changes and innovations taking place in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering were discussed. The inaugural session of the conference was presided over by Dr. S.C. Kulshreshtha, Chairman, Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, while Prof. (Dr.) Prateek Mishra, Director, Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology, Panipat was present as the chief guest. In the conference, Professor (Dr.) K.B. Shiva Kumar, Professor and Head, Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Bangalore, Karnataka, presented his views on the topic of 'Wireless Communication System-Challenges and Future Research Direction' as the keynote speaker.

The main objective of the conference was to share the latest trends, emerging technologies and research work going on in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering. Dr. AK Singh, Dean, Academics, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Electronics Engineering, Government Engineering College, Kannauj, UP, was the keynote speaker of the first session of the National Conference. He shared his views on the growing steps in the field of Internet of Things communication model and protocol. Prof. Dr. SK Tomar, Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, Rohilkhand University, Bareilly read a research paper on Application of Signal and System in the Field and Electronics and Communication. Prof. Sunil Kumar Pandey, Director, ITS, Ghaziabad expressed his views on Internet of Things Expansion. Prof. Nancy Sharma, Vice Principal, ITS, UG Campus, Ghaziabad discussed Cyber ​​Security Using Artificial Intelligence. Mr. Vikas Kalra, Director, Satpa Infotech, Roorkee presented his views on Best Python Coding Practicals for Internet of Things Application Development.

In the second session, Kshitij Singhal, Head of Department, Electronics Engineering, MIT Moradabad presented a research paper on Six-G Technology-The Road to the Future Wireless Technology Research. Prof. Alok Kapil, ITS Ghaziabad explained in detail about the topic Advanced Agriculture Using Internet of Things. Engr. Bijendra Kumar, Assistant Professor, Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar presented his views on Energy Optimization in Wireless Sensor Network. Engr. Indu Chauhan discussed the topic Green Processing and Bio-degradable Materials in Green Electronics.

Dr. S.C. Kulshreshtha, Chairman, Shri Ram Group of Colleges, in his presidential address said that only through continuous innovation and research in the field of Electronics & Communication Engineering, we can meet the growing needs of the industries and society. He requested all to adopt new technologies and work towards making human life easier.

The conference was a golden opportunity for the teachers, students and professionals of Electronics & Communication Engineering in which they gained important information about the present and future technologies. Shri Amit Kumar Gupta, Convenor, "Innovation and Emerging Trends in Electronics and Wireless Communication Engineering-2024" and Head of Department, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Engr. Bijendra Kumar and Engr. Indu Chauhan played the role of co-convenor in "Innovation and Emerging Trends in Electronics and Wireless Communication Engineering-2024". Along with them, Engr. Ashish Singh and other respected members were present.
