A tech-fest program called "Tech-Storm-24" was organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Shri Ram College of Engineering, a unit of Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar. Students of various degree colleges participated in this program, mainly Graphics Era, Dehradun, Rudra Institute of Technology, Motherhood University, BIT, Meerut, SD Degree, SD Engineering, SD Management, Muzaffarnagar, Chhotu Ram PG College, Muzaffarnagar colleges demonstrated their technical skills by performing.

Five main programs were organized under TechStorm-24, in which LAN gaming, robot race, coding buzz, drone war, 2D-3D animation were the main attractions of the program. The program was inaugurated by the chief guest, Dr. S.C. Kulshrestha, Chairman of Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, by lighting the lamp.

On this occasion, other guests including Dr. Manish Singhal, Head of Department, Physics, SD Inter College, Muzaffarnagar and Mr. Manoj Sharma, Senior Lecturer, Physics Department, SD Inter College, Muzaffarnagar were present with him.

Under the Techstorm-24 program, about 368 students displayed their skills in LAN gaming through DGMI and Free Fire computer based games and in this program, the first prize in the team game Free Fire was received by Aditya, Vansh, Uparant and Vineet and the second prize was received by Vikas, Raju, Ashutosh and Vinay and the third prize was received by Gurcharan, Rishabh, Guruvachan and Dinesh. In the team game BGMI, TopG got the first prize with Mohd. Salim, Junaid, Aamil, Sameer and the second prize was received by Piyush, Mayank Rastogi, Robin Singh, Vishal Saini in TS Official Team and the third prize was received by Vaibhav Dhiman Daksh Om Rudraksh Dhiman and Vansh in Team Dark Legacy. In Coding Buzz, around 61 students displayed their skills in computer based coding contest in which first prize was bagged by Mohd. Zaid, second prize by Piyush and third prize by Uttam Kumar.

About 74 students participated in Robot Race in which first prize was bagged by Mohd. Chand, second prize by Achin and Prince and third prize by Priyank and Ishika.

86 students participated in 2-D, 3-D animation and demonstrated their skills and in this program, members of Team The Vibrant Scene Tanu Pawar, Vansh Kumar Garg, Suhana got the first prize and Harsh Anmol, Dev of Team Three Animators got the second prize and Ayushman and Divyanshu of Team Heisenberg got the third prize.

At the end of the Techstom-24 program, a prize distribution ceremony was organized in which the students who got first, second and third positions in all the programs were given mementoes, cash prizes and various goodies by Dr. SC Kulshrestha, Chairman of Shri Ram Group of Colleges and District Industry Officer, Muzaffarnagar, Miss Jasmine.

At the end of the program, Dr. SC Kulshrestha praised the teachers and students of Computer Science and Engineering and motivated them to develop the skills of the students by organizing such programs in future. On this occasion, Miss Jasmine praised the efficiency of the students and said that the students of Muzaffarnagar district are efficient in every way and will definitely bring glory to the district in future. In the end, the Director of the Institute, Dr. S.N. Chauhan thanked all the guests and participants and thanked everyone for giving time to the program. At the end of the program, the Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Dr. Ashish Chauhan wished all the students a bright future.

On this occasion, the spokesperson of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Engr. Ruchi Rai, Engr. Shubhi Verma, Engr. Ankur Kaushik, Engr. Vyom Sharma, Engr. Shikha Rathi and other teachers were present.
