During his session, Colonel Sirohi made the students aware of various types of work capabilities and also told the students how to prepare for the interview. Colonel Sirohi mainly told the students about dressing sense, resume building, verbal and non-verbal communication and also told how these parameters are effective in the selection or non-selection of the students.

The students of Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar took a pledge to incorporate this knowledge received from Colonel Sirohi in their lives in the future and ensured that they will use this knowledge in the upcoming campus placement drives.

On this occasion, the founder chairman of the institution, Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, Dr. S.C. Kulshrestha said that the exposure provided to the students through this program will generate confidence and will help the students to make a working career from academics. He also praised the Training and Placement Cell and said that through such programs, the knowledge of the students develops and their confidence also increases. He told that in today's era, students need to remain constantly updated and interviews play an important role in this.

On this occasion, Ashish Chauhan, Chief Placement Coordinator and Head of Computer Science Engineering Department, Shri Ram Group of Colleges said that the information given by the expert is very important for the students. On the occasion of this student training program, Dr. S.N. Chauhan, Director of Shri Ram Engineering College, appreciated and congratulated all the teachers for the successful organization of the program and told all the students about the key to success through many examples. He said that in today's era of industrialization, practical knowledge is also necessary along with bookish education and on this occasion, Dr. Ashok Kumar, Director of Shri Ram College said that such programs will create awareness about their future in the minds of the students of Shri Ram Group of Colleges and practical knowledge will definitely increase. He said that along with education, such workshops will be organized from time to time in our institute for the future of the students so that the students do not remain dependent on just a degree in future but move forward towards making themselves professionally successful.

The program was efficiently conducted by Shivani Kaushik, Coordinator of Training and Placement Cell, under the able leadership of Ashish Chauhan, Chief Coordinator of Training and Placement Cell.
