'Diksharambh 2024' was organized at Shri Ram College of Engineering, a unit of Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, in which Dr. S.C. Kulshrestha, Chairman, Shri Ram Group of Colleges was present as the chief guest and speaker.

The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the chief guest, founder chairman of the group, Dr. S.C. Kulshrestha and other guests, directors, principals Dr. Ashok Kumar, Dr. Prerna Mittal, Dr. Manoj Dhiman. The chief guest was honored by draping a shawl and presenting a bouquet. Dr. Akanksha Singh presented glimpses of the biography of the respected Chairman Dr. S.C. Kulshrestha through a slide show. After this, the chief guest and Chairman of Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Dr. S.C. Kulshrestha interacted with the students through questions.

He inspired all the students to play an important role in making the future of the country and society prosperous. He shared his experiences with the new students. He said that engineering is also seen in old houses in villages, but due to the advent of new technology, engineering has also taken a new form which is called innovation. He told the new students about the quality education given in Shri Ram College of Engineering and also gave the Gurumantra to work hard.

On the occasion of 'Diksharambh-2024', Director of Shri Ram College of Engineering, Prof. (Dr.) SN told the engineering students what is the importance of engineering in today's digital age and how it is rapidly changing its format, for which all the students should be ready with time so that they can make themselves better in the coming time and bring glory to themselves and the nation. Along with this, he said that it is very important for the student to remain disciplined in life. A large number of students were present in 'Diksharambh-2024'. Dean of the institute Dr. Suchitra Tyagi thanked the chief guest and all the guests. Department head Dr. Akanksha Singh welcomed the students and said that children should never suppress their thoughts. A small idea can also bring revolution in the world. Due to engineering, students can put their thoughts and map of the world on paper, which creates a new era. She wished all the students a bright future.

In this program, Dr. S.N. Chauhan, Director of Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Dean Dr. Suchitra Tyagi and heads of departments of all faculties, Director of Shri Ram College Dr. Ashok Kumar, Principal of Shri Ram College Dr. Prerna Mittal, Dr. R.P.
