A three-day annual festival "CLERS-2023" (Goodbye 2023-Welcome 2024) was organized in the playground of Shri Ram College, in which students of all the colleges of Shri Ram Group of Colleges participated enthusiastically and displayed colorful activities one after the other. Enthralled the audience by presenting a cultural programme.
The program was inaugurated by chief guest Narendra Bahadur Singh, Additional District Magistrate (Administration) Muzaffarnagar, Maitri Rastogi, District Minority Welfare Officer Muzaffarnagar, the program was presided over by former Vice Chancellor Chaucharan Singh University, Meerut Dr. RP Singh, special guest Gaurav Tikait, National Youth President of Bharatiya Kisan Union, Special guest Senior BJP leader Naveen Arora, Chairman DS Public School SN Sharma, Principal Government Dunter College Dr. Ranveer Singh, Professor Sir Chhotu Ram College Pankaj Kumar, Secretary Alexander Club Amit Chandana, Dr. Anuradha Aggarwal, Ranu Miglani, business leader, Giani Gurvachan Singh, Chamanlal, Hotilal Sharma, Anju Chaudhary, Pramod Tong, Dr. Rinku Sgoyal, Meenakshi Mittal, Neetu Singhal, Suman Goyal, Shriram College President Dr. Poonam Sharma, etc., prominent social workers and industrialists and Shriram Group of Colleges Chairman Dr. SC Kulshrestha lit the island. Like last year, a three-day cultural program was organized at Shri Ram College, Muzaffarnagar to bid goodbye to the last year and welcome the new year. First of all, the program was formally started by the students of SRGC Polytechnic by presenting a dance on Ganesh Vandana. After this, the students of Shri Ram Polytechnic presented a captivating scene on Bhagat Singh Act. After this, the audience was forced to dance by presenting a captivating dance on the songs of the old era and the songs of the new era. The Department of Journalism and Mass Communication enthralled the people with group dance and comedy acts. After this, the students of BBA department enthused the people by presenting a dance drama dedicated to “Women Empowerment”. Students of Bioscience department entertained the people with Gujarati group dance. A spectacular presentation depicting Punjabi culture was given by the students of the Education Department. A musical play act was presented by the students of Shriram College of Engineering. After this, the students of Shri Ram College of Law also gave a wonderful Punjabi dance presentation. The students of Home Science Department made the audience dance with their explosive presentation on the theme of South Indian Act Lungi Dance.
On this occasion, former Vice Chancellor Chaucharan Singh University, Meerut Dr. RP Singh said that coming among the youth boosts their enthusiasm. He said that it is a matter of good fortune for me that I have attended the annual program of Shri Ram College, CLEARS 2023. I have felt immense joy being among the students. Praising this program of Shri Ram College, he said that he has never seen so much talent in the students of this college. He praised the discipline of the students and gave credit to the teachers of the college. He extended best wishes to Muzaffarnagar for the coming year 2024 and wished that the coming year will bring happiness and prosperity to Muzaffarnagar.
On this occasion, the students who got place in the merit list of the university and college this year and who won gold medals were also honored. After this, Chairman of Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Dr. S.C. Kulshrestha congratulated all the students present in the program. And expressed gratitude to the guests. The stage was jointly conducted by Shruti Mittal, Assistant Spokesperson Management Department, Maurya Shahzad, Sonu Kumar, Deepak, Hurain and Babli.
