Art exhibition Vision 2023 concludes

The three-month long art exhibition Vision 2023, under the aegis of the Fine Arts Department of Shriram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, was concluded by the chief guest, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Vocational Education and Skill Development, Shri Kapil Dev Aggarwal.

On this occasion, the special guests were Dr. S.C. Kulshrestha, Chairman, Shriram Group of Colleges, Founder Dr. SC Kulshrestha, retired teacher Dr. Mahavir Singh, Dr. Prerna Mittal, Principal of Shriram College, Dr. Ashok Kumar, Director of Shriram College, Dr. Poonam Sharma, Chairperson of Shriram Group of Colleges, Fine Arts. After this, the program was formally inaugurated by garlanding and lighting the lamp in front of the idol of Lord Shri Ganesha.

In this exhibition, 300 students of the Fine Arts Department displayed their art skills and creativity and presented samples of attractive artworks on various subjects. Through colors, personalities associated with science, education, politics and sports as well as natural colors were presented on canvas. In the exhibition, photography done by students like Save Birds, Save Animals, Natural Scenes etc. was displayed. Along with this, social eradication topics like Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Save Animals, child abuse, smoking ban, plastic pollution, increase employment-eradicate unemployment, women exploitation, save water etc. are being spread to convey the message to the society through advertisements. Did the work of. During this exhibition, students created portraits, mandala art, folk art, water color painting, outdoor sketching, cartoons, letter drafting and various waste materials like clay, stone, wood, iron, rope, paper etc. through the exhibition. The sculptures attracted people's attention. Similarly, students also made digital paintings, advertisements and packaging designs through computers. Students also threw light on the topics of festivals related to Indian culture. Like Lohri, Holi, Mahashivratri, Diwali etc.

On this occasion, the chief guest, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Vocational Education and Skill Development, Shri Kapil Dev Aggarwal, after visiting the exhibition, praised the art skills and creative style of the students. He said that a person should be hungry for his work and goal. The greater the hunger towards the goal, the bigger will be his goal. That is, the greater the courage, the greater will be the flight towards the goal.

On this occasion, special guest art guru Dr. Mahavir Singh, retired teacher, D.A.V. College, Muzaffarnagar, Department of Drawing and Painting, while inspiring the students to be determined towards their goals, said that young enthusiasm needs the right guidance and for the change of the country. The youth should come forward and work for the upliftment of the country.

On this occasion, Dr. SC Kulshrestha, Chairman of Shriram Group of Colleges, praised the students after visiting the exhibition and said that all the genres from East to West are shining through this exhibition. He said that art is priceless and should not be considered useless. He appreciated the work and art exhibition of the students and wished for the bright future of the students.
