Republic Day was celebrated at Shri Ram College, Muzaffarnagar, in a dignified and enthusiastic atmosphere. The college chairman, Dr. S.C. Kulshrestha, was present as the chief guest. The national flag was hoisted by the chief guest, Dr. S.C. Kulshrestha, followed by the singing of the national anthem, which filled the entire campus with patriotic fervor. Following this, the cultural programs were inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp by the chief guest, Dr. S.C. Kulshrestha, Director of Shri Ram Group of Engineering Dr. S.N. Chauhan, Director of Shri Ram College Dr. Ashok Kumar, and Principal of Shri Ram College Dr. Prerna Mittal.

The cultural program began with a Ganesh Vandana (prayer to Lord Ganesha) presented by the students of Shri Ram Polytechnic. Following this, the students captivated the audience with Rajasthani and Punjabi folk dances, Bhangra performances, and soulful dance performances to patriotic songs such as "Aisa Desh Hai Mera" and "Sandeshe Aate Hain."

In his address, the chief guest, Dr. S.C. Kulshrestha, extended Republic Day greetings and said that Republic Day reminds us of the strength of our constitution and national unity. The Indian Constitution is the most comprehensive and inclusive constitution in the world, granting equal rights to every citizen. He urged the youth to imbibe the values ​​enshrined in the constitution and contribute to nation-building.

On this occasion, Dr. R.P. Singh, SRGC Research, shed light on the Indian Constitution, explaining that it was drafted by drawing inspiration from the constitutions of various countries. He provided detailed information on the process of drafting the constitution, its objectives, and the importance of values ​​such as liberty, equality, justice, and fraternity.

The program was successfully conducted by Dr. Reetu Pundir, Lecturer, Department of Basic Sciences. The entire event was imbued with patriotism and national consciousness.
