Colors:Good Bye 2021

Day 1

A three-day annual festival “Colors-2021” (Goodbye 2021-Welcome 2022) was inaugurated in the sports ground of Shri Ram College, in which all the college students of Shri Ram Group of Colleges participated enthusiastically.

The program was inaugurated by Chief Guest Kapil Dev Agarwal, Minister of State (Independent Charge) Skill and Vocational Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh and Chairman of Shri Ram Group of Colleges Dr. SC Kulshrestha. On this occasion, Secretary of Shri Ram Group of Colleges, E. Sankalp Kulshrestha, Mukta Kulshrestha, Anu Agarwal, prominent social workers and industrialists were present.

The students of the Polytechnic Department entertained the people a lot by staging the Krishna Leela alive and forced them to laugh. A cultural presentation was given by the students of BBA department on Chhath Mahaparv, depicting the culture of Bihar.

The students of the Department of Bioscience compelled all the spectators present in the program to applaud by presenting a mime drama based on the tireless work of the Corona warriors during the worldwide disease Covid-19.

On this occasion, Kumari Sarika Commerce, Priya Gupta B.Sc (Microbiology), Vandana Kumari BJMC, Komal Bivok (Compound Science), Vidushi Chaudhary, BBA, Parul LLB, who brought the name of Shri Ram Group of Colleges to the top rank in the merit list of the university. , Marine Fatma B.Sc (HomeScience), Megha B.Ed, Vishu Kumar, Polytechnic (Mechanical Engineering), Jasbir Saini, Polytechnic (Mechanical Engineering) etc. were also honored.

Kapil Dev Aggarwal, who was the chief guest of the program appreciated the program. Praising the discipline of the students, he gave credit to the teachers of the college. He wished Muzaffarnagar to be blessed with happiness and prosperity for the coming year 2022.

After this, Dr. SC Kulshrestha, Chairman of Shri Ram Group of Colleges expressed his gratitude to all the students and guests present in the program.

Day 2

The year 2021 was said goodbye with colorful programs on the second day of the ongoing three-day annual festival "Colors-2021" in Shri Ram Group of Colleges. On this occasion, the students of the college enthralled the audience by giving mesmerizing performances. In the program, eminent personalities from political, social, industrial and medical world, as well as the teachers of the college, were honored for their contribution and dedication towards the college.

Inauguration of the second day of the program organized in the sports ground of Shri Ram College, Chief Guest Veerpal Nirwal, President, District Panchayat Muzaffarnagar and Municipal Council Muzaffarnagar Chairperson Anju Aggarwal and Special Guest CO City Kuldeep Kumar, Chairman of Shriram Group of Colleges Dr. SC Kulshrestha, Shri Ram Group of Colleges Secretary E. Sankalp Kulshreshtha, Mukta Kulshreshtha, Pediatrician Dr. Ishwar Chandra, social worker and industrialist Kushpuri, Samarth Prakash, Parag Goyal, Subhash Chaudhary, Giani Guruvachan Singh, Hitalal Sharma, Asad Farooqui, Anju Choudhary etc. dignitaries by lighting the lamp.

At the beginning of the program, the atmosphere was made devotional by performing Ganesh Vandana by the students of Fine Arts Department. In the solo dance, Ravi Shankar, a student of computer application, also garnered applause from the audience. Tanisha, a student of the Department of Bioscience, won the hearts of everyone by singing the song “Tum mere saath ho agar”. The students of the Faculty of Law also surprised the crowd by presenting the Tandav dance.

After this, the students of Commerce Department made a splendid performance of group dance and forced the people to stand and applaud. The students of Commuter Application introduced the audience to the culture of Haryana by presenting Haryanvi dance. After this, the students of BJMC forced the audience to dance with them by performing 'lungi dance'. Group dance on the song of Bahubali by the students of Polytechnic and excellent performance of Krishna Leela by the students of Home Science. The audience was made aware of a different type of dance style by presenting a group dance performed by the students of B.Voc (Yoga) performing yoga.

The unity in diversity of India was displayed by the students of Shri Ram College by giving a scintillating performance by mixing the dance styles of different states of India. Presentations of group dance based on Marathi theme were given by the students of Management Department. On this occasion, teachers working in Shri Ram Group of Colleges and excelling in education as well as other allied fields were honored and this year the students who secured place in the University's merit list and won gold medals were also awarded.
