Duties of citizens in the constitution A legal seminar was organized on the occasion of Constitution Day in the premises of Shri Ram College of Law. The theme of this program was ‘Duties of citizens in the Constitution’. Dr. Kalam Singh, (Prof. Sociology, D.A.V. College, Muzaffarnagar), Mr. Sanjeev Suman, (Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarnagar), Mr. Anil Kumar, (Additional District and Sessions Judge, Muzaffarnagar) participated as key speakers in this program. . Apart from this, Dr. SC Kulshrestha, Chairman of Shri Ram Group of Colleges was present as the chief guest. The seminar was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the guests. Rights without duties On this occasion, the special guest Professor MI Usmani said that both fundamental rights and duties have been provided in the Constitution of India, and both are two sides of the same coin, where there are rights, there are also duties.
