Today, the first one-day camp of the National Service Scheme Unit, organized under the aegis of Shri Ram College Muzaffarnagar, was organized in the premises of Shri Ram College. In which the camp was inaugurated by Shri Ram College Principal Dr. Prerna Mittal and Director Dr. Ashok Kumar by worshiping Mother Saraswati and offering flowers. After this, volunteer Ilma Radhika Garg, Alisha Disha and volunteer Abhishek Nitesh Sharad Malik enhanced the beauty of the camp with various cultural colorful programs by making a loud appeal of the target song.After this, the volunteers and maids together carried out the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan by cleaning for about 4 hours.
Present in the camp, today's chief guest Dr. Ashok Kumar, Director Shriram College said that we cannot succeed in our objective until the cooperation of the youth is not received. Everyone's participation can only help in achieving our goals and objectives and the National Service Scheme is such a unit in which unity is considered an important part of it. Along with this, he inspired the volunteers to play an important role in nation building.
After this Dr. Prerna Mittal, Principal Shri Ram College present in the camp while addressing said that the problem of environmental pollution is getting worse today. This issue has also come many times in the United Nations, today the whole world is in the grip of environmental pollution, as we know that India is the epicenter of biodiversity. But due to pollution, floods, earthquakes, storms etc. disasters are destroying this diversity, for which we have to give the message of reducing environmental pollution to as many people as possible to save the environment from contamination.On this occasion, the spokesman of the Computer Application Department, Mohammad Yusuf, said that the importance of the camp is when we work with full dedication in the activities of the camp, by these works, we get acquainted with real life and create improvements within ourselves as well. It also said that the servant of the society never feels tired and always works with this agility because fatigue has no importance in fulfilling the expectations of the society.
After this, program officer Ankit Kumar addressing the volunteers and maids present in the camp said that we have been getting to learn a lot in the camp, after this camp we will follow whatever we learn to make our life better. Surely a good society will be built in which there will be absence of corruption and moral behavior will be followed, the feelings of public interest will be taken care of in every work.
In the successful conduct of the camp, spokesperson of the Department of Biosciences, Vikas Tyagi, spokesperson of the Faculty of Commerce, Pooja Chowdhary and volunteers Iluma, Aanchal, Sakshi, Munja Kumar, Neeraj Kumar, Arish, Ajay Kumar, Arya Mittal, Ramsa Khan, Nitesh Kumar, Tina, Anshul, Khushi , Ansh, Nikki, Vishesh, Saini Mohammad, Sameer Ruhani etc. contributed significantly.
