Planet Spark Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram's prestigious company in Shriram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, Gurugram has conducted online recruitment drive for the selection of students of all the faculties of Shriram Group of Colleges like MBA, BBA, B.Com, B.J.M.C., B.Tech., B.Sc., Pharmacy etc. Invited.
Company representative Mr. Sarthak Garg, Head Recruiter and Ms. Ayesha Nida Khan, HR Recruiter organized the entire placement drive through online process. Institute's Director Dr. Alok Gupta, Dean Academics Dr. Suchitra Tyagi and Chief Training and Placement Coordinator, Mr. Ashish Chauhan welcomed the company representatives. After this company representative Ms. Ayesha Nida Khan informed all the students about the company through a power point presentation. Giving information, the main work of the company is to provide online classes of public speaking for educational courses up to class 12th and higher level students.
The placement process is divided into 4 phases. Online Group Discussion in the first phase, Willow Assessment in the second phase, HR Interview in the third phase and Sales Round Interview were organized in the last phase. In the first phase of this selection process, 215 students of Shri Ram Group of Colleges participated. Out of which 105 students were selected for the second phase and the selected students were invited for the HR interview process. In this process 82 students were selected for the third phase. The finally selected 9 students were given offer letters by the company for salary ranging from 6.5 LPA to 7.1 LPA. Among the selected students were Harshit Kuchhal of MBA, Mahin Rizvi of B.Sc.
On this occasion, Dr. S.C. Kulshrestha, Chairman, Shriram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, congratulated all the selected students and boosted the morale of the unselected students, assuring that the college is making continuous efforts for training and placements and they will get more options in future.
