Campus placement was organized for the final year students of MBA and BBA courses in the premises of Shriram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, in which campus recruitment was done by EDUQ (McNagyalan), a well-known company working in the field of education, training and consultancy. The company organized the selection process for various posts, in which students were mainly selected for Manager Career Development and Business Development Executive posts.

The selection process was divided into three stages by Shraddha Tripathi, HR Management of the company. In the first phase H.R. A lecture was organized by Manager Shraddha Tripathi in the auditorium of Shri Ram College, in which she provided important information to the students about the work area related to the company and the entire journey from the beginning of the company to reach this height. He also solved the misconceptions related to the work area of ​​the company and threw light on the whole subject of available career opportunities, achievements and development. After this, he invited questions from the students and gave satisfactory answers to all the questions during the question hour.

The second phase was of group discussion. In which 87 students participated enthusiastically, after the second phase, 44 students were selected for the third phase. In the last stage personal interview and in which finally 9 students from BBA and 7 from MBA were selected. In this way a total of 16 students were selected.On this occasion, Dr. S.C. Kulshrestha, Chairman, Shriram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, congratulated all the selected students and while boosting the morale of the unselected students, assured that the college is making continuous efforts for training and placements and they will get more options in future. He said that MBA and BBA faculty are said to be evergreen in the field of employment, students should be self-centered and aware of all the activities and new technology of their faculty. According to him, industrialization has developed many means of employment.

Therefore, students should take advantage of the opportunity by participating in every activity organized by the college. On this occasion, Dr. Alok Gupta, Director of Shriram College of Engineering and Dr. Ashok Kumar, Director of Shriram College honored the guests by giving books and congratulating the selected students. Said that the present era is the era of competition, where students need to boost their morale and build a strong personality by moving ahead with full confidence. Dr. Saurabh Mittal, Dean of Management Section, failed to get selected, to keep the morale high of the students. Advised, he said that the students should move towards more hard work despite being disappointed. Dr. Ashfaq Ali, Head of the Department of Management and Vivek Kumar Tyagi, Head of the Department of Business Administration jointly wished the students for a bright future. In order to provide more employment opportunities to the students in the college, more companies will also be called from time to time in the college, so that they can be provided with unlimited employment opportunities.

On this occasion, Chief Training and Placement Coordinator of Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Dr. Pawan Kumar Goyal said that it can be inferred from the increasing selection process of placements that MBA and BBA students are talented in all respects and they will definitely succeed in their district in future.
