Placement Drive for Polytechnic

Mega Campus Placement Drive was organized at Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar in which reputed multinational companies 'Pranav Vikas India Ltd.', Faridabad, Bhagwati Products Ltd. (Micromax) and 'Avery Denison India Pvt Ltd.' arrived the campus.

The students of Diploma (Mechanical Engg. and Electrical Engg.) and B.Tech. (Electrical Engg.) of Shri Ram Group of Colleges and Shri Ram Polytechnic respectively were selected by these companies.

In this placement drive, 16 students of B.Tech (Electrical Engg) and 124 students of Diploma (Mechanical Engg. and Electrical Engg) of Shri Ram Group of Colleges participated.

In this mega placement drive, Team Lease Services Ltd., New Delhi organized the selection process for two companies Bhagwati Products Ltd. (Micromax) and Avery Denison India Pvt Ltd. HR Manager Mr. Gaurav, Mr. Vikas and Mr. Manoj were present on behalf of Team Lease Services Ltd.

Company Bhagwati Products Ltd. (Micromax) organized a personal interview for the students of B.Tech. Electrical in which 16 students participated, out of which 7 students were finally selected and were given offer letters.

Another company Avery Denison India Pvt Ltd conducted the selection process in two phases. In the first phase, 27 students were shortlisted for the second phase out of 42 students participating in the group discussion in the college campus by the company.

Along with this, HR Head Mr. Sushil Kumar and Production Manager Mr. Vismay Kumar Mishra were present on behalf of reputed company Pranav Vikas India Ltd., Faridabad. The selection process was divided into two phases by the representatives from the company.

In the first phase, 82 students from Diploma Mechanical participated in the written examination through online medium, out of which 57 students were selected for the personal interview phase. Finally 33 students were given offer letters by the company.

The selected 67 students gave credit for this to their parents, institution chairman and the high quality education system received from the institution and their teachers. On this occasion, Chairman Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, Dr. SC Kulshrestha congratulated all the selected students and boosted the morale of the unselected students and assured that the college is making continuous efforts for their placements and they will get more options in future.

On this occasion, Shri Pawan Kumar Goel, Head of Training and Placement Cell of Shri Ram Group of Colleges, reiterated the institution's commitment of 100% placement of students and said that in near future, various placement opportunities will be provided to the students.

The director of the institution, Dr. Alok Gupta congratulated the selected students and urged the representatives of the company to strengthen the training and placement process by being associated with Shri Ram Group of Colleges in future and thanked them by presenting them a memento.

On this occasion, Dean Academics of the institute, Prof. Sakshi Srivastava while boosting the morale of the selected students, wished them good luck for their bright future and said that it can be estimated from the increasing selection process of placements that B.Tech. And the students of Polytechnic are full of talent in all respects and surely they will bring laurels to their district and country in future.

Dr. Ravindra Kumar Saini, Principal of Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Polytechnic and Ashwani Kumar, Principal of Shri Ram Polytechnic, Roorkee Road, Muzaffarnagar congratulated all the selected students and appreciated the training and placement cell of the institute.

Devesh Malik, Vikas Bansal, Vivek Ahlawat, Ashish Kumar, and Vivek Sharma, the Heads of various departments and members of the Training and Placement team, made special contributions to make this placement drive process a success.
