About The Department

The department is in tune with the latest developments in terms of curriculum , well-qualified faculty and well equipped labs for B.Tech. course in Electronics & Communication Engineering with intake of 60 students. The department also has its club named “Electro.comm.” that organizes Technical Camps, Technical quizzes, technical seminars, mock interviews, aptitude tests, technical paper Presentations and Industrial visits etc for the students.

About the Course

Electronics engineering is a field of engineering that generally deals with the study and application of electricity, electronics and electromagnetism. Communication engineering or Telecommunications engineering, or telecom engineering, is a major field within electronic engineering. The work ranges from basic circuit design to strategic mass developments.

The engineers of this stream of Electronics & Communication Engineering are responsible for Designing Circuits, Designing Chips , designing and overseeing the installation of telecommunications equipment and facilities, such as complex electronic switching systems, copper telephone facilities, and fiber optics.

There are various jobs in the market for electronics and communication engineering which are of high demand and various industries are looking for ECE engineers who can assist them in latest technologies.
