In this sequence, training has been started to women in the method of making products from milk so that women themselves can become self-reliant. Because at present most of the milk products in the market are falling prey to adulteration, due to which there is a fear while buying from the market that there is no such adulteration in the milk product which is harmful to health. But clean and pure milk products should be prepared and to increase their income, farmer women can make their source of income by selling home made milk products at a good price in the market. Scientific methods were taught to make milk products like paneer, drink, matka kulfi, yogurt, khova and chhena products etc. Processes to increase the shelf life of milk products and packaging of milk products were explained. In this sequence, he further told that ingredients like milk, green chillies, cumin powder, black salt, ginger, etc. are the ingredients for making Masala Paneer and the method of its preparation is to first heat the milk at 80 degree Celsius or drinkable temperature and tear it with 2 percent citric acid solution. Give and mix 10 green chilies, one small piece of ginger, one teaspoon salt, half teaspoon cumin powder in 1 liter of curdled milk and then filter it with the help of cotton cloth to take out the solid substance and the solid substance is 10 times its weight. Press it for a minute and then immerse the paneer in cold water for 10 minutes. We can sell this cheese in the market for up to Rs 400 per kg. After making products from milk, we are going to get out of it, the by-products are thrown away as waste, which also contain beneficial microelements, vitamins. To make whey edible, other ingredients can be prepared and sold in the market. This product like whey drink is a waste derived from buttermilk, ghee and skim milk, etc. After filtering it, add 10 to 15% sugar and 10% pineapple juice and one quarter teaspoon citric acid per liter, fill it well in a bottle and keep it in the fridge, consume it after it cools down.

Will be able

On this occasion, the rural women said that we need this type of training very much in the future, because due to non-availability of milk as desired, there is a considerable reduction in the care and number of animals, due to which the sources of income are decreasing. If such training is given to the farmer women, then they can take the milk products to the market for sale.
