Today, the Leaders Connect series was started in the Faculty of Management, Shri Ram Group of Colleges. The Leaders Connect series is a series of guest lectures and workshops conducted exclusively for management students by the management faculty of the college. Under this series, a trainer-training workshop was organized not only for the students but also for the teachers of the faculty. The program was inaugurated by the chairman of the college, Dr. SC Kulshrestha and the chief speaker of the program, Ashwini Chowdhary, by lighting the lamp. Ashwani Chowdhary is working as the President of Learning and Development Department of Provana India Private Limited, a multinational company based in Noida. At the beginning of the program, Atul Raghuvanshi introduced Ashwani Chowdhary to the students and teachers while explaining the purpose of the Leaders Connect series. The Leaders Connect Series is a year-long lecture and workshop series. Under this, necessary information will be provided to the students for the development of practical and technical abilities necessary for getting employment in corporate and other sectors through world class industry leaders of various fields. Highlighting the importance of this series, Dr. Ashfaq Ali, HOD, said that the main objective of the department is to provide a platform to management students to bridge the gap between industry and academics. Appreciating the efforts of the Management Department, the Chairman of the college, Dr SC Kulshrestha, said that the dream he had dreamed of establishing higher education in an area like Muzaffarnagar seems to be coming true with such efforts. Under the workshop, Chief Speaker Ashwani Chowdhary, while discussing various aspects of self-management, work management as well as personality development, apprised the students about various techniques and principles.

On this occasion, Director Shri Ram Group of Colleges Dr. Alok Gupta and Dean Management Dr. Saurabh Mittal discussed the principles of different types of skill development under plant management and their compliance. 200 students participated in the program and Shruti Mittal, Rajeev Rawal, Mohammad Danish and Atul Raghuvanshi etc. from the Faculty of Management supported.
