Course of Study

Fashion Design program will be filled with hands-on projects designed to build skills highly valued in the fashion industry. Later, in our Portfolio courses, we’ll guide you in refining and presenting your work in a professional format that showcases your strengths. You’ll also have chances to complete an internship, participate in local and national fashion organizations and events, and even display your work in fashion shows.

Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.)

Course Level- Undergraduate
Duration- 4 years
Examination Type- Annual Programme
Eligibility- 12th pass in any stream
Admission Process- Merit/Entrance(45% for Gen/O.B.C., 40% for S.C./S.T.)

The duration of this course is usually 4 years where the first year is known as the foundation course. The purpose of this intensive foundation course is to familiarize students with the basic principles of Drawing, Design, Color, Clay modeling, Printing, and Geometry and Perspective as Practical subjects, and in Theory, History and Appreciation of Art as a compulsory paper, and English and Hindi languages. In short, the foundation course is common to almost all disciplines of B.F.A., it acquaints the candidates with a basic idea of what they will be taught extensively in the subsequent years of their course.

Master of Fine Arts(M.F.A.)

Course Duration: 2 Years
Examination Type : Semester
Minimum Age: No bar

Eligibility:

A candidate seeking admission to the course must have passed the Bachelor’s degree of four years duration with at least 50% marks (after 10+2) offered by a recognized university. At qualifying examination, the applicant must have minimum fifty percent marks or equivalent grades. Bachelor of Arts & Bachelor of Fine Art (B.F.A.)

To provide opportunities to students in identifying and developing their own style and medium at advanced level to become a professional Artist.

To create professionals and creative researchers in the field of Fine Arts.

To critically study various styles and modes of art expressions from different periods: both historical and contemporary.
